The Condor's medallion from the flyer: an Andean condor's head, red-faced with a white ruff, inside a ring of golden light.

From the flyer, page two ยท The Meeting of the Eagle and the Condor

๐Ÿ The Condor

The Condor represents the plant medicine path & the spirit of Ayahuasca. It invites purification and a teacher beyond the human condition to teach the Ancient Caduceus.

โ€” Isaiah Kenney, Plants & Miracles flyer

TL;DR: The second spirit on Kenney's flyer, and the gold strand of this foundation's vine. Its last words point ahead to the Ancient Caduceus, the teaching on the flyer's next page.

๐ŸŒ„ Where it sits on the flyer

The Condor is the middle passage on page two, The Meeting of the Eagle and the Condor, between ๐Ÿฆ… The Eagle and ๐Ÿ’› Their Union. The page opens with the two streams that Plants & Miracles brings together:

One stream descends through the heart of Christian mysticism; the other rises through the living intelligence of sacred plants.

๐Ÿ Why the serpent

The ๐Ÿ beside the Condor, here and on the foundationโ€™s home page, comes from the passageโ€™s last words: โ€œto teach the Ancient Caduceus.โ€ A caduceus is the staff with two serpents twined around it. The flyer gives the Ancient Caduceus a page of its own: โœจ The Path of Awakening.

๐ŸŒฟ The gold strand

Across the foundationโ€™s sites, the Condor is drawn as the gold strand of the vine: the strand for the plant medicine traditions. It twines upward with the Eagleโ€™s sky blue until the two become one.
